In Q1 2026, the ESG & Sustainability team delivered a firm-wide ESG training session designed specifically for Omnes employees, with content tailored closely to practical needs. The session covered key ESG concepts, regulatory and market developments, and the core principles and best practices of ESG integration at Omnes. The training session had a 76% attendance rate and recordings were made available to all employees for ongoing reference. Beyond this session, the ESG & Sustainability team publishes regular ESG newsletters to share knowledge that is relevant to Omnes and its activities. In 2025, topics included climate risk integration, biodiversity, SFDR and emerging regulatory frameworks, portfolio company engagement, and Omnes%u2019 own ESG initiatives. In addition, all Omnes employees have access to Sustainability Unlocked, a market-leading education platform for corporate sustainability.Employee Health and Well-BeingAll employees at Omnes benefit from insurance coverage for disability and work-related accidents, complemented by private supplementary health and dental insurance. The CSE funds health and wellness activities during the working week and the firm offers subsidies for gym membership, health assessments, and off-site childcare. These arrangements reflect Omnes%u2019 broader commitment to supporting the well-being of its people as a whole, not only in the workplace.
