OMNES CAPITAL Greenhouse gas emissions have been monitored consistently across all three scopes. On a restated basis, Scope 1 emissions were 4.82 tCO%u2082e in 2025, unchanged from the corrected 2024 and 2023 figures. Scope 2 emissions remained at zero, attributable to the use of renewable energy. Scope 3 emissions, relating primarily to investment activities, increased to 853.06 tCO%u2082e in 2025, compared with 624 tCO%u2082e in 2024 and 672 tCO%u2082e in 2023. This increase reflects the roll-out of a dedicated travel-monitoring tool during 2025, which has enabled more accurate and comprehensive measurement of travelrelated emissions, rather than any underlying increase in travel per se.Restatement note: All Scope 1 comparatives in this section have been restated to reflect the corrected figure of 4.82 tCO%u2082e (previously reported as 48.82 tCO%u2082e due to a decimal point error in the prior-year disclosure). In terms of waste management, Omnes diverted 517 kg of waste to recycling or reuse in 2025, compared with 614 kg in 2024, and 510 kg in 2023.857.88 tCO%u2082eTotal GHG emissions in 2025FIGURE.19_ GHG EMISSIONS BY SCOPE Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions Scope 3 emissions4.82 tCO2eq853.06 tCO2eqNote: Excluding financed emissions which are reported under the reporting of the specific fund.3.
