OMNES CAPITAL 3. SUSTAINABILITY IN OUR OPERATIONSSOCIAL POLICIES, PRACTICES, AND METRICSOur Success Depends on Our PeopleAt the end of 2025, Omnes employed 68.4 FTE, compared with 72.3 in 2024 and 61.9 in 2023. While total FTE declined modestly year-on-year, the number of employees on permanent contracts grew to 69, up from 65 in 2024 and 55 in 2023; this pattern reflects the firm%u2019s continued investment in a stable, long-term workforce. The management company remains meaningfully larger than it was three years ago and the firm continues to build on its foundation of permanent employment. We are committed to fostering an inclusive, respectful, and safe work environment that supports both professional and personal growth. Engaging our colleagues fully, thereby enabling everybody to give of their best, is central to how we operate and the quality of service we provide for our investors. To that end, Omnes consistently supports and prioritizes professional development, individual feedback, and the creation of opportunities for employees to broaden their responsibilities over time.Diversity, Equity, and InclusionGender diversity remains a structural challenge across the financial services industry, particularly in private equity. At Omnes, it continues to be treated as an active management priority. In 2025, women represented 37% of the workforce on a full-time equivalent basis, compared with 40% in 2024. This is a reflection of 2025 recruitment and attrition dynamics: of nine hires during the year, two were women, while departures comprised three men and three women. In both 2024 and 2025, gender representation at Partner level and above stood at 20%, exceeding both the French benchmark (13%) and the European benchmark (14%), according to Level 20.FIGURE.14_ TOTAL NUMBER OF FTE2023 2024 202572.361.968.4
