The site%u2019s redevelopment combined refurbishment of existing buildings with new construction.Refurbishment work concentrated on insulation and energy efficiency, with the dual objective of reducing operating costs and limiting environmental impact.These improvements have translated into measurable performance gains. Energy consumption was reduced from 148 kWh/m%u00b2 to 64 kWh/m%u00b2, generating estimated annual savings of approximately %u20ac12/m%u00b2, based on data observed between 2018 and 2022.Several new buildings were delivered in March 2024. They comply with the RT2012 thermal regulation, reach E1 level under the E+C- label, and have obtained BREEAM In-Use certification.In light of this renovation work and given Omnes' expertise in digital infrastructure, the focus turned to the support that Green Campus Park could provide the next generation of data center capacity in the Lyon metropolitan area.CASE STUDIES
