34-352025 SUSTAINABILITY REPORTwww.omnescapital.comare CSRD-ready, aligning their disclosures with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards and positioning themselves as best-practice operators capable of attracting long-term institutional capital. This progression mirrors the wider IPP maturation journey, which the Capenergie investment model is designed to accelerate, and means that ESG capability and commercial readiness develop in parallel and not separately. In practice, engagement under the framework is continuous rather than annual. The Omnes ESG & Sustainability team provides direct expert advice to portfolio company management throughout the holding period, supported by written guidance, toolkits, and access to dedicated platforms, including the Novata Carbon Navigator for GHG reporting and the Altitude platform for climate and biodiversity risk assessment. Regular calls for ESG leaders across the Capenergie portfolio facilitate structured peer learning and knowledge exchange. Board-level ESG discussions take place at least once per year at each company where Omnes holds a board seat.Managing Climate Risk across the PortfolioRenewable energy assets are directly exposed to physical climate hazards, including extreme weather, changing precipitation and wind patterns, flooding, and subsidence, that can affect asset performance, cause business interruption, and impair infrastructure over multi-decade investment horizons. Managing this risk systematically, rather than on a case-by-case basis at due diligence, is a prerequisite for protecting investor returns in a warming climate. The Altitude platform, developed by AXA Climate, is Omnes%u2019 primary tool for climate risk assessment. Altitude is a solution built specifically for infrastructure and private equity funds, drawing on data from the IPCC (CMIP6), NASA, Fathom, the French Agency for Ecological Transition (ADEME), Exiobase, and NGFS. In 2025, Omnes conducted a comprehensive portfolio-wide assessment of 482 assets 2 across the Capenergie 4 and Capenergie 5 funds, evaluating the assets%u2019 exposure to 21 chronic and acute climate hazards, as well as 10 transitional climate risks and 12 transition opportunities across four pillars: policy and legal, technology, market, and reputation. Each asset was rated high, medium, or low for each risk category and the assessment generated scenarios for potential average annual losses (AAL) per asset under three Shared Socioeconomic Pathways (SSP1-2.6, SSP2-4.5, and SSP5-8.5) at five time horizons: 2030, 2035, 2040, 2045, and 2050.The outputs of this assessment are integrated directly into investment and portfolio management decisions. At the due diligence stage, material climate risks identified by Altitude trigger deeper analysis and inform investment structuring. During the holding period, each portfolio company receives tailored, asset-level guidance on the risk drivers most relevant to its operations and available mitigation actions. The integration of physical climate risk into the investment valuation process is underway: Omnes is developing a methodology to assess the potential for climate-driven damage and business interruption at asset, portfolio company, and fund levels. The aim is to ensure that significant risk variations are reflected in valuations of the relevant holdings. 2. The assessment covered assets that were operational, under construction, ready-to-build, or at late stage of development as at 31 December 2025. Assets in early or mid-stage development, whose geolocation and design were not yet fixed and which might not ultimately be built, were excluded from the assessment.
