OMNES CAPITAL 2. OMNES%u2019 INVESTMENT STRATEGIESCompany Overview Lithosquare redefines strategic mineral exploration by combining foundational AI and deep geology expertise to accelerate the discovery of critical minerals for the energy transition. Lithosquare%u2019s platform leverages foundational AI with geological first principles to improve the identification and prioritization of mineral deposits, with a particular focus on the critical metals underpinning clean energy technologies, including copper, lithium, cobalt, and nickel. Lithosquare%u2019s founding thesis is grounded in a structural reality: critical metals and rare earth elements are set to become the primary bottleneck for the global energy transition. Copper alone faces a supply gap estimated at 20%u201330% of current world production and, on its own, recycling cannot meet this demand before 2040. In this context, the responsible development of primary sources remains essential and Lithosquare%u2019s mission is to make that development smarter, faster, and less environmentally disruptive. Historically, only one in every 1,000 exploratory projects results in commercial production. A significant share of this attrition stems from limitations in the speed and depth of geological data analysis, leading to exploratory drilling and ground disturbance in areas that might never have been prioritized, had better information been available. By applying AI to geological datasets and systematically incorporating environmental, social, and site-specific risk factors, Lithosquare aims to improve exploration success rates while reducing the environmental footprint of the exploration process. The company's technology already integrates local environmental risk variables, such as water stress, into its site selection models, enabling a more responsible and data-informed approach to project development. ESG Approach and Governance Despite being a young, lean organization of 22 employees, Lithosquare has moved quickly to embed ESG considerations across its operations, culture, and product roadmap. The company benefits from the relative absence of legacy structures, which has enabled it to design ESG-aligned processes from the ground up, rather than having to adapt them to existing practices.ESG topics are addressed systematically during company-wide, all-hands meetings and are formally integrated into the technology development roadmap and HR internal policies. The Chief Product Officer holds explicit responsibility for ensuring that the company's tools are capable of capturing and processing ESGrelevant data. This institutional anchoring of ESG within the product function reflects a deliberate strategy: CASE STUDIESLithosquare: Accelerating the Energy Transition Through Responsible Mineral Exploration
