Full operational responsibility for ESG integration into the firm%u2019s investment processes is held by Lina Zovic, Partner, who serves as CFO with responsibility for Finance, ESG & Sustainability.Michael Pollan, Managing Partner, acts as executive sponsor of ESG and sustainability at management company level.The ESG Committee is the firm%u2019s principal cross-functional governance body for sustainability. Chaired by the CFO, it includes senior representatives from each of Omnes%u2019 four investment strategies and from compliance and investor relations. Its mandate covers defining company-level ESG objectives and strategies, developing and reviewing sustainability and responsible investment policies, establishing roles, responsibilities, and ESG performance indicators across the organization, and monitoring firm-wide implementation of sustainability policies. The committee%u2019s cross-strategy composition is deliberate: sustainability topics are debated across the firm, rather than being managed in silos; this ensures ESG integration is embedded at every level of investment decision-making.The dedicated ESG & Sustainability team provides expert guidance to the Executive Committee, Management Team, and ESG Committee, develops and refines the integration of ESG into investment processes and operations, builds sustainability capacity in portfolio companies, and communicates transparently with investors on the non-financial performance of Omnes funds. The team also facilitates continuous dialogue between investment teams and creates shared learning opportunities across the firm.Each investment strategy operates under a dedicated Investment Committee, responsible for ensuring that mandatory ESG due diligence is applied effectively and that outcomes align with fund-specific ESG by-laws, commitments, targets, and the firm%u2019s overarching Sustainability policy.Compliance oversight is exercised through the Risks & Compliance Committee, which includes the CEO & CIO, the Corporate Secretary, and the Head of Compliance & Risk Management; it meets at least bi-monthly.
